Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
436 AM CDT Tue Apr 22 2025

.DISCUSSION...A stalled cold front will bring continued rain and
thunderstorm chances over the next few days. Humid conditions
will prevail and rain may be widespread at times, with highest
rain chances generally geared toward the daytime and afternoon
hours each day. Due to the humid conditions and relatively light
wind, areas of fog will be possible during the late night and
early morning hours the next few days. Locally dense fog cannot be
ruled out.
