.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions can be expected through Wednesday,
with below normal conditions through the upcoming weekend. Rain
chances will begin increasing Wednesday night into Thursday, with
good chances hanging around through at least Friday. These chances
will begin lessening Friday night into Saturday. Some very patchy
fog can`t be ruled out in northern districts tonight, but it`s
not expected Thursday.
