Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
451 AM CDT Sun Apr 20 2025

.DISCUSSION...A cold front will make slow progress into the area
tonight into Monday before stalling, resulting in increasing rain
chances into the new week. Though winds will be gusty at times
today, an increasingly humid airmass should help limit fire
danger. Patchy fog cannot be ruled out over the next few mornings
due to high humidity.
