PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Yalobusha at Whaley.

* WHEN...From this evening to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21 feet, Lowland flooding is occurring near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CST Sunday the stage was 20.5 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening and crest near 21.5 feet just after midnight
    tonight.
  - Flood stage is 21 feet.
