PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

  - At 9:00 AM CST Friday the stage was 42.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 44.5
    feet Wednesday morning.
  - Action stage is 36.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 47.0
    feet Thursday evening.
