...The Flood Advisory is extended for the following rivers in
Mississippi...Louisiana...Arkansas...

  Mississippi River Near Greenville affecting Washington, East
  Carroll, Issaquena and Chicot Counties.

  Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Wilkinson, Adams and
  Concordia Counties.

  Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Jefferson, Madison,
  Tensas, Claiborne and Warren Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Mississippi River near Greenville.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday, June 17.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 37.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 38.0
    feet Wednesday evening.
  - Action stage is 36.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 48.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Natchez.

* WHEN...Until Friday, June 27.

* IMPACTS...At 47.0 feet, Water begins to enter the Carthage Point
  Road area south of Natchez.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 46.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 33.9 feet Friday,
    July 04.
  - Action stage is 38.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 48.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Vicksburg.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday, June 18.

* IMPACTS...At 36.5 feet, Water begins to affect the Long Lake
  Community. The low road to Kings Island becomes
  impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 36.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 37.0 feet this afternoon.
    It will then fall to 36.6 feet this evening. The river is
    expected to continue a slow fall.
  - Action stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 43.0 feet.
