...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Mississippi...

  Yazoo River At Yazoo City affecting Yazoo County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Yazoo River at Yazoo City.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Minor over bank flooding is occurring
  along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 30.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady for the
    next few days before climbing to 30.5 feet Thursday.
  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
