* WHERE...Yazoo River at Yazoo City.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Minor over bank is flooding is occurring
  along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 29.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 30.0 feet
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
