...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Mississippi...

  Yazoo River At Yazoo City affecting Yazoo County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Yazoo River at Yazoo City.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 29 feet, minor over bank flooding is occurring along
  the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 29.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will continue a gradual fall in the next
    few days and will fall below flood stage Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 29 feet.
