* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 3 and 6 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of
  an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and
  northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From 1 PM EST /noon CST/ this afternoon to 7 AM EST /6 AM
  CST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
