...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BLACKFORD AND JAY
COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM EDT...

At 512 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a broken line of showers
and embedded isolated thunderstorms along a line extending from near
Portland to 7 miles north of Muncie. Movement was east northeast at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Portland, Dunkirk, Redkey, Pennville, Westchester, Center, Bryant,
Salamonia, Brice, Como, Mill Grove, Bellfountain, College Corner,
Liber, Blaine, Collett, Bluff Point, Powers, Balbec, and Trenton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
east central Indiana.
