...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Areas of fog have developed across much of northeast Indiana and
northwest Ohio early this morning. The fog may be locally dense
with visibilities less than one quarter of a mile at times.
Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibilities
across short distances due to the patchy nature of the dense fog.
Visibilities should improve after 9 AM EDT.
