...SLICK ROADS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING, SNOW SHOWERS INTO THIS
AFTERNOON...

The combination of temperatures in the teens this morning and the
recent snowfall last evening will lead to a continued risk of
slick roadways this morning. Additional snow showers are expected
to move into south central Lower Michigan and portions of
northeast Indiana today in association with some lake effect snow
showers. While additional snow accumulations are expected to be
light well away from Lake Michigan, increasing west to northwest
winds gusting to 20 to 25 mph and these additional snow showers
could extend some slick road conditions into this afternoon across
portions of the area. If travelling today, be prepared for
variable road conditions and rapid changes in visibilities with
any snow showers. In addition, wind chills this morning will range
from the single digits below to single digits above zero.
