  northeast of Harrison-Dever Crib, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.
