* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 knots becoming northwest-
  northwest tonight into Saturday morning. Gusts up to 25 knots.
  Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet tonight into Saturday
  morning, then subsiding to 2 to 3 feet Saturday afternoon.

* WHERE...New Buffalo MI to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 11 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
