...The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County.

.Recent heavy rainfall led to rises on area rivers.

For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash,
Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN.

* WHEN...From early this morning to Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The river is at flood stage. Flooding of
  agricultural land begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 11:45 PM EDT Wednesday was 10.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.2 feet
    early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage just
    after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
