...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...

  North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville affecting Noble County.

.Rises on area rivers occurred as a result of recent episodes of
rainfall. This is river is expected to continue to recede over the
coming days.

For the Elkhart River...including Cosperville...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Water approaches some houses around Skinner
  Lake, especially along State Road 8.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM EDT Monday the stage was 6.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:30 AM EDT Monday was 6.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this afternoon and continue falling to 5.2 feet Monday, April
    21.
  - Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
