...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
  county, Allen IN.

* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 947 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
    moving thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. While amounts vary greatly, radar estimates that 1
    to over 2 inches of rain has fallen, with the highest amounts
    likely near and north of Hoagland.
  - While a slow diminishing trend in the storms is expected
    through 11 PM EDT, additional rainfall amounts of locally up
    to an inch could call. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Monroeville, Middletown, Hoagland, Hessen Cassel and Poe.
