This will cause urban and small stream flooding. While amounts vary greatly, radar estimates that 1 to over 2 inches of rain has fallen, with the highest amounts likely near and north of Hoagland. - While a slow diminishing trend in the storms is expected through 11 PM EDT, additional rainfall amounts of locally up to an inch could call. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
