  Maumee River near Defiance affecting Defiance and Henry Counties.

  Maumee River at Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN and Paulding
  Counties.

  Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams
  County.

  Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Allen IN, De Kalb
  and Defiance Counties.

  Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Allen IN, Adams and Van
  Wert Counties.

  Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Fulton OH, Defiance and
  Williams Counties.

For the Blanchard River...including Ottawa...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Maumee River...including Fort Wayne, Defiance, Napoleon...
Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville,
St. Joe River Ft. Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary`s River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near St. Joe River Ft. Wayne.

* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Flooding of lowland and farmland near the
  river increases.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:35 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    evening to 12.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then
    fall early Saturday afternoon. It will rise to 13.8 feet
    Monday morning. It will then fall again but remain above
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Blanchard River at Ottawa.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 26.6 feet, Flood water begins to hit the bottom of
  the bridge at the gage site.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 19.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 21.6 feet tomorrow evening.
    It will then fall to 20.7 feet Saturday morning. It will rise
    above flood stage early Sunday morning to 26.2 feet early
    Monday afternoon. It will then fall again but remain above
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, North end of East Front and Wayne Streets
  and areas between Main and Prospect Streets flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:15 PM EDT Thursday was 12.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 13.2 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall early Saturday afternoon.
    It will rise to 14.6 feet early Monday morning. It will then
    fall again but remain above flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of
  Montpelier is flooded. Flood waters affect the southeast side of
  Pioneer and cover large areas of low land and agricultural land
  near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight and continue rising to 13.6 feet Monday evening.
    Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  Route 49 near the state line along with east side Decatur streets.
  Residential flooding begins on East Jackson and Ogg Streets.
  Bellmont High School grounds begin flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:35 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 18.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:35 PM EDT Thursday was 18.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 18.3 feet this evening. It
    will then fall early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 21.5
    feet Sunday evening. It will then fall early Tuesday morning.
    It will then rise again and remain above flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb
  County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable
  agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
  River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:35 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:35 PM EDT Thursday was 13.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5
    feet Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:00 PM EDT Thursday was 13.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.4
    feet Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
