...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...Ohio...
Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties.
Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Putnam, Paulding and
Allen OH Counties.
Maumee River at Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN and Paulding
Counties.
Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, Allen
IN and De Kalb Counties.
Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams
County.
Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Allen IN, Adams and Van
Wert Counties.

For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville,
St. Joe River Ft. Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary`s River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

NOTICE...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.
* WHEN...From early this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb
County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable
agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
River to the Cedarville Reservoir.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:25 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:25 AM EDT Thursday was 12.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5
feet Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Residential flooding begins on East Jackson and Ogg Streets.
Bellmont High School grounds begin flooding.

- At 3:25 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning and continue rising to a crest of 21.2
feet Sunday evening.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier.
* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of
Montpelier is flooded. Flood waters affect the southeast side of
Pioneer and cover large areas of low land and agricultural land
near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this morning and continue rising to 13.8 feet Monday morning.
Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

NOTICE...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of
record.
* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.
* WHEN...From late Friday night until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near
the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be
required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 10.9 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall to 10.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise
above flood stage early Saturday morning to 13.9 feet early
Sunday afternoon. It will then fall again but remain above
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

TUESDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Auglaize River near Fort Jennings.
* WHEN...From Saturday morning to early Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins along the
Auglaize River with secondary roads and agricultural lands as well
as homes nearest the river being affected by flood waters. Some
evacuations of people and property may be necessary.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 12.9 feet tomorrow evening.
It will then fall to 12.8 feet early Saturday morning. It
will rise above flood stage Saturday morning to 15.5 feet
early Sunday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Several rural buildings flood and flooding
begins to affect residents in the village of Stryker. Many roads
become impassible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:00 AM EDT Thursday was 12.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 13.5 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall tomorrow evening. It will rise to 15.5 feet
Sunday morning. It will then fall again but remain above
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
