...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following
  areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, De Kalb, Grant,
  Huntington, Jay, Miami, Wabash, Wells, White and Whitley and
  northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Allen OH, Defiance,
  Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Williams.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected tonight through early
    Saturday morning. Locally higher amounts are expected. This
    will worsen any ongoing flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
