* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to one to two
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph may reduce visibility
  below 1/2 mile at times.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, south
  central, southeast, and west central Indiana.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on localized slippery road conditions, especially
  on bridges and overpasses. The hazardous conditions could impact
