* At 614 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Matthews to near Dublin, moving east at 75 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

  Summit Lake State Park, Saratoga, Losantville, Modoc, Farmland,
  Lynn, Union City, Eaton, Selma, Prairie Creek Reservoir, Parker
  City, Winchester, Blountsville, Mooreland, Albany, Ridgeville, and
