...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern
Hancock, northeastern Shelby and Rush Counties through 1100 PM EDT...

At 959 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles north of Shelbyville, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Shelbyville, Rushville, Morristown, Carthage, Fairland, Milroy,
Glenwood, New Salem, Manilla, Mays, Moscow, and Arlington.

This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 109 and 118.
