At 1247 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Shoals, or 22 miles east of Petersburg, moving
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
