...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of western Madison,
northwestern Hancock, eastern Clinton, southern Howard, northern
Hendricks, northern Marion, Boone, Hamilton and Tipton Counties
through 1045 AM EDT...

At 940 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Frankfort, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds in combiation with saturated ground may cause
         trees to fall. Winds could knock down tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Indianapolis, Frankfort, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Lawrence,
Lebanon, Zionsville, Elwood, Tipton, Windfall, Westfield, Cicero,
McCordsville, Fortville, Whitestown, Sheridan, Lapel, Arcadia, and
Meridian Hills.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 126 and 149.
 Interstate 69 between mile markers 200 and 214.
 Interstate 74 between mile markers 49 and 56.
