northwestern Delaware and east central Tipton Counties through 615 PM
EDT...

At 523 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Elwood to 8 miles southwest of Alexandria.
Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Elwood, Alexandria, Frankton, Eaton, Summitville, Gaston, and
Orestes.

This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 243 and 252.
