Scattered to Numerous thunderstorms are possible today and tonight, especially across the northern half of central Indiana. A few storms may produce heavy downpours resulting in localized flooding. Lightning is a threat from any thunderstorm. An isolated severe storm cannot be ruled out. Afternoon heat index values will reach around 105. This could result in heat related illnesses. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Afternoon heat indices as hot as 100 to 110 degrees are likely at times through Tuesday. Thunderstorms will be possible at times through the weekend into next week, with chances highest on Saturday. An isolated severe storm cannot be ruled out at times, with damaging winds the primary threat. Any storm will have the potential for heavy rain and localized flooding, as well as the threat of lightning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
