Southwest winds increase this afternoon as a boundary lifts
northward through the state. Sustained winds around 10 mph are
likely with gusts to 20 mph at times. Min RH values may fall below
30 percent during peak heating of the afternoon. These conditions
combined with drying grounds may pose a slight fire weather risk
this afternoon.
Next chance for widespread wetting rain arrives early Saturday
morning.
