.DISCUSSION...
Broad surface high pressure will drift eastward through Friday,
allowing light east-southeast breezes today to shift to southwest
flow Thursday that will then increase to 15-25 mph gusts on Friday.
Rain-free conditions will oversee an upward trend in daily minimum
relative humidity values from 30-35 percent today to around 40
percent Friday.
Rain and isolated thunder chances return late Friday night through
at least Saturday night. Ahead of more typical early summer
conditions amid moderate humidity early next week...which will
include low chances for afternoon showers and storms, especially
south of I-70. Higher fuel moisture and non-gusty winds and will
limit fire weather concerns during the entire period.
