.DISCUSSION...
Mixing process has resulted in dry conditions this afternoon,
with RH values in the low-mid 20 percent range at some sites.
RH will recover to 75+ percent tonight.
Dry fuels per RAWS observations due to drought are a concern for
increased initial attack-type fire activity. However, more
significant fire spread potential will be mitigated by light
winds. Additionally, moisture advection on Friday should preclude
significant RH drops relative to previous days.
