* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Indiana, including the following
  counties, Daviess, Knox and Martin.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 909 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned
    area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
    begin shortly.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Vincennes, Washington, Bicknell, Odon, Elnora, Monroe City,
    Wheatland, Bruceville, Plainville, Sandborn, Montgomery,
    Edwardsport, Decker, Crane, Cannelburg, Freelandville,
    Vincennes University and Glendale Fishery.
