...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  East Fork White River near Bedford.

  East Fork White River at Williams.

.Recent rainfall coupled with snow melt has led to rise along
southern Indiana rivers and streams. Lowland and minor flooding is
expected to begin at points along the East Fork White River near
Williams and Bedford this evening through Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement should be issued late tonight by around 230 AM
EST.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River near Bedford.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.7 feet, Water is at the top corner of the Bedford
  Boat Club Shoot House near the base.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 18.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    evening to 20.6 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall
    below flood stage Friday afternoon to 7.7 feet Friday,
    February 28. It will rise to 7.8 feet Friday, February 28. It
    will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 8.4 feet, SR 450 immediately east of Williams floods.
  Locals use Ridge Road to travel to Bedford.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 8.3 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
