* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Eastern Madison County in central Indiana...
  Southern Delaware County in east central Indiana...
  Northeastern Henry County in east central Indiana...
  Randolph County in east central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 421 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
    area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Muncie, Winchester, Yorktown, Chesterfield, Daleville, Parker
    City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Losantville, Modoc,
    Blountsville, Prairie Creek Reservoir and Ball State
    University.
