...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Indiana, including the following
  counties, Daviess, Greene, Knox and Sullivan.

* WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 816 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory
    area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already
    occurring. Between 0.75 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Vincennes, Linton, Bicknell, Dugger, Carlisle, Oaktown,
    Bruceville, Sandborn, Edwardsport, Freelandville,
    Pleasantville, Paxton and Vincennes University.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
