...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Rush County in central Indiana...
  Henry County in east central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 155 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.25 inches are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    New Castle, Knightstown, Carthage, Spiceland, Shirley,
    Kennard, Mooreland, Lewisville, Straughn, Dunreith, Cadiz,
    Greensboro and Mays.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
