additional flooding to area creeks and rivers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mill Creek near Cataract.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Extensive flooding along Mill Creek.  Camp
  Otto, Owen Park and possibly other local roads flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 14.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest of
    18.1 feet late tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Sugar Creek near Edinburgh.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flood waters in at least one cabin and is
  about to enter several more near Sugar Creek.  Extensive flooding
  of Sugar Creek in Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area.  Water
  approaching and possibly on portions of River Road north of Old
  Hospital Road and CR 650S.  Flooding of agricultural land near SR
  252 along a small tributary to Sugar Creek and of some county
  roads upstream of CR 650S.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 10.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:00 PM EDT Friday was 10.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 14.8 feet early
    tomorrow afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Significant flooding of Mississinewa River
  in northern Randolph County. Water is likely on SR 1 just south of
  SR 28. West CR 825 N east of SR 1 and West River Road west of SR 1
  and possibly other county roads are flooded. Little League field
  in Ridgeville is flooded.  Noticeable agricultural flooding in
  progress.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 8.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue rising to 13.4 feet
    early tomorrow afternoon. Additional rises are possible
    thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
