...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN VERMILION COUNTY
THROUGH 130 AM CDT...

At 107 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Danville, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Danville, Westville, Tilton, Catlin, Oakwood, Fithian, Vermilion
Regional Airport, Bismarck, Belgium, Henning, Muncie, and Alvin.

This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 201 and 219.

This also includes Kickapoo State Recreation Area and Middle Fork
State Fish and Wildlife Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
