Survey Summary:
The tornado touched down about 2 miles south of Tremont and
progressed for 14.6 miles moving northeast at 55 mph. It went
through countryside areas damaging numerous trees and a couple
power poles. Some of the more intense damage was where the
tornado uprooted a 3 foot diameter tree along with snapping a
power pole. One grain bin lost its top and another outbuilding
lost most of its metal roof. The tornado dissipated 2.5 miles
north of Deer Creek.
