...SCHEDULED NOAA WEATHER RADIO OUTAGE FROM JUNE 3-5...

The NOAA Weather Radio stations operated by the Lincoln NWS will
be offline from June 3rd through 5th, due to a required,
scheduled update to our main computer system. This includes the
following transmitters:

KZZ-65 in Bloomington (162.525 MHz)
WXJ-76 in Champaign (162.550 MHz)
KZZ-66 in Galesburg (162.400 MHz)
WXM-90 in Jacksonville(162.525 MHz)
KXI-48 in Newton (162.450 MHz)
KXI-47 in Paris (162.525 MHz)
WXJ-71 in Peoria (162.475 MHz)
KXI-46 in Shelbyville (162.500 MHz)
WXJ-75 in Springfield (162.400 MHz)

In the event of severe weather, it will be important to have
alternate ways to receive warning information. A number of nearby
transmitters provide some coverage, and a listing is available on
our web page at https://www.weather.gov/ilx/bmh-upgrade.
