Survey Summary:
Media relayed a video of a landspout tornado viewed from SE edge
of Fairmount looking SE towards Jamaica. The specific location
was estimated based on report details. Witness reported that they
watched it form and dissipate, and a second formed in the same
location shortly after. Therefore it is being considered one
landspout event. Video shows the base of the landspout over open
fields.
