Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop across Missouri Sunday afternoon, and move into west central Illinois during the evening. These will be capable of producing damaging winds, hail, and even a couple tornadoes. Most likely timeframe would be 5 pm to midnight. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
