Isolated thunderstorms are possible tonight, especially north of I-72. While severe storms are not likely, they could produce heavy rainfall and localized flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Additional thunderstorm chances persist Friday through Monday night. Some of these storms could produce locally heavy rain through Monday. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will occur south of a Taylorville to Paris line through sunset. A few storms could be briefly strong with gusty winds along with locally heavy rains over 1 inch in less than an hour. Heat indices will peak from 100 to 105 degrees over most of the area this afternoon outside of rain. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will persist Friday through Monday night. Some of these storms could produce locally heavy rain through Monday. A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible late Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening.
