This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois and west
central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected this morning and again
afternoon and evening. Some of the storms later today could become
strong to severe. The primary hazards would be locally damaging wind
gusts, hail up to 1 inch, and heavy rain that could produce flash
flooding. A Flood Watch is in effect through early this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Dangerously hot conditions persist through early next week.
Afternoon heat indices of 100 to 110 degrees are likely through
Tuesday.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected on Sunday and then
again later in the week.

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and evening.

Heat indices up to 100 degrees are expected through early evening.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening.
Some of these storms could become strong to severe. The primary
hazards would be locally damaging wind gusts, hail up to 1 inch, and
heavy rain that could produce localized flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Heat indices up to 105 degrees are expected through early evening. A
Heat Advisory is in effect.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening.
Some of these storms could become strong to severe north of I-70.
The primary hazards would be locally damaging wind gusts, hail up to
1 inch, and heavy rain that could produce localized flash flooding.

Minor flooding will continue on the Little Wabash River near Clay
City.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Dangerously hot conditions persist through the middle of next week.
Afternoon heat indices of 100 to 110 degrees are likely through
Wednesday.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected on Sunday and then
again later in the week.

Minor flooding will continue along the Little Wabash River near Clay
City through Sunday morning.

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and evening north of
I-70.
