Hot and humid weather will prevail over central and southeast IL through
Saturday with highs in the 90s to near 100. Most areas will continue to be
dry through Thursday night, though isolated showers and thunderstorms are
possible northeast of I-74 overnight Thursday night and Friday morning.
There is a 20-30% chance of showers and thunderstorms over central IL
overnight Friday night into Saturday. Expect southwest winds 7-13 mph and
gusts to around 20 mph today, with lighter southwest winds 5-10 mph on
Thursday and Friday.  Good vent rates will prevail today, with fair to
good vent rates Thursday and fair to poor vent rates Friday.
