.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be light northeast early this morning, then increase to
5-10 mph during the day. Wildfire smoke will diminish the air
quality as subsident motions drag smoke to the surface. Vent rates
will be largely poor in the post-frontal airmass on today and
Monday. Winds turn back to a southerly direction on Monday, with
another cold front anticipated on Tuesday. Some improvement in
vent rates is forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday as somewhat
cooler but drier air pushes in with an increase in wind speeds.
Somewhat lower minimum RH values are anticipated from Tuesday
through the end of the week.
