.DISCUSSION...
Southwest winds will bring milder air into the region, with the
mild weather lasting much of the upcoming week. Ventilation
rates will be on the poor side through Monday, due to fairly
low mixing heights, despite surface winds frequently above
10 mph. Small chances of rain are expected Monday night, mainly
north of I-74, with scattered light showers over a larger area
