.DISCUSSION...
Light winds under the influence of a ridge of high pressure will
set up out of the south to southwest Friday and part of Saturday
as the ridge shifts to our east. This will help push temps near or
into the 70s both days accompanied by dew points well into the
50s. A cold front will sweep across central Illinois Saturday
afternoon and evening. Southwest winds ahead of the front gusting
to 20-30 mph will turn northwesterly in its wake. Precip is
unlikely with frontal passage.
