.DISCUSSION...
The winds will decrease considerably by evening, followed
by light winds of less than 10mph on Thursday. After a dry start
to the day, snow will develop across the Illinois River Valley by
mid-afternoon Thursday, then spread eastward to the I-57 corridor
through Thursday night. Low mixing heights and light transport winds
will combine to produce poor vent rate conditions tomorrow and Friday.
