.DISCUSSION...
Southwest winds will increase tonight, with some gusts of 25-30 mph
in eastern Illinois continuing into Tuesday. The main period of
stronger winds will be Tuesday night into Wednesday, gusting
30-40 mph, as winds shift toward the northwest. Dry weather is
expected to prevail on Tuesday, with rain showers Tuesday night
most likely near and north of I-74.
