.DISCUSSION...
After a dry Saturday morning, showers will develop across the
Illinois River Valley by midday...then spread eastward to the
Indiana border by late afternoon. Windy and much colder weather
will arrive for Sunday with scattered rain and snow showers.
Ventilation will initially be poor, but will improve markedly by
Sunday thanks to NW winds gusting over 30mph.
