.DISCUSSION...
Winds will start out southwesterly then shift to the west-northwest
after a cold front pushes across IL today. Vent rates will improve
today with the cold frontal passage. That improvement will
continue on Wednesday as cooler and drier air pushes in with an
increase in wind speeds. Somewhat lower minimum RH values are
anticipated from today through the end of the week.
